Hi fellow gym members, in this completely free blog series on gymbers.com I will guide you through my body transformation. That way, you can follow along with me step-by-step, blog post for blog post.

 

My goal is to make the whole body transformation process as practical, easy, and clear as possible for you.
This program should be also as time-efficient as possible.

Many of us have a full-time job, or we are students or parents, but we want to stay healthy, and we want to get in shape.

 

I want to build a program that requires the least amount of work for the biggest results.

 

As in the 80/20 Pareto principle, 20% of the work brings 80% of the results when it comes down to getting into shape. You don’t have to do every little detail right to build a strong and healthy body.

 

Getting into shape isn’t that complicated, as the entire fitness community makes it sound. We will concentrate on the 20% of things you can do right, that will bring you a long way into your fitness journey.

 

That way, you and I will stay consistent throughout this journey, and we will make a huge amount of progress over the next 6 to 12 months.

 

This isn’t a quick 2-week get shred scam, rather a real blueprint I am doing to get into shape again, and you can do it too.

 

Getting lean and building muscle can sound overwhelming and hard due to all the amount of information and disinformation floating all over the world.

 

The truth is, getting fit is simple and easy if you know what you are doing. So follow along week for week, and build your body alongside the Gymbers community.
