Manage or cancel your subscription
Where your subscription actually lives, how to cancel it, and what happens to your data afterwards.
Updated
Gymbers Premium is billed by whoever you subscribed through — Apple, Google, or us on gymbers.com. That's who you change or cancel it with.
If you're not sure which one you used, check your email. Apple and Google send a receipt; subscribing on gymbers.com sends you a sign-in email from us.
Cancel
Subscriptions started on an iPhone or iPad are managed by Apple.
In the Gymbers app, open Settings (the gear at the top of your profile) and tap Manage Subscription at the top. That opens Apple's subscription page, where you can cancel.
You can also go there directly at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Subscriptions started on Android are managed by Google Play.
In the Gymbers app, open Settings (the gear at the top of your profile) and tap Manage Subscription at the top. That opens your Google Play subscriptions, where you can cancel.
You can also go there directly at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
If you subscribed on gymbers.com, Manage Subscription can't reach it — that subscription is billed by us, not by an app store. Get in touch from the email you subscribed with and we'll cancel it.
What you keep
Your workout history, programs, templates, and measurements stay in your account whether or not you're subscribed. Cancelling turns off Premium features; it doesn't delete anything you've logged.
Premium programs you'd downloaded are removed from your library once Premium ends.
If you want a copy of your training data, use Settings → Export My Data. It saves your workout history and body measurements as a file you can keep.
Deleting your account is separate
Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are two different actions, and doing one doesn't do the other. If you cancel but leave the account open, your history stays put and you can come back to it.
To remove your account, see Delete your account.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by whoever took the payment. Apple and Google both have their own request forms and their own policies, and we can't issue a refund on their behalf.
If you were billed by us on gymbers.com, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
